CAN I PICK UP LOCALLY?
Yes! Most orders are shipped but you can pick up locally from Holographics, just click “No Shipping, I will pick up” when checking out. You will be contacted once your order is ready. You may pick-up from our pick-up location, located at 26395 Jefferson Ave, Suite B. Murrieta, CA 92562
DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA/HAWAII?
Yes, we can ship to most U.S. cities.
IS RUSH DELIVER AVAILABLE?
Yes! Click your desired delivery upon check-out
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE WHAT IM LOOKING FOR?

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
Since you are designing and ordering online, all sales are final. It is up to you to verify that everything is correct before finalizing your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Print times are located on your check out page, Rush printing and rush delivery are available. Times vary depending on product ordered.
CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN LOGO/IMAGE?
Yes! Under “Add an image” in the design toolbar. Currently you can only upload: .jpg, .gif or .png files
CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN?
You can change your design/layout as much as you would like, until you are completely satisfied, your order will not process until you click finalize order, and submit payment information
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping cost varies depending on item(s) ordered and delivery address.
CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Yes, Once your submit your order you will receive an email with your confirmation number. You can then check the status of your order by logging in, and clicking additional tools, select job status and entering confirmation number.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS APPROVED?
You will receive an email with your confirmation number.
WHAT IF I NEED HELP?

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGN?
Yes! We offer offline design starting at $60/hr. If you need to have a custom design/order, please email: info@myholographics.com and we will assist you with your design.
WHAT OTHER PRODUCT ARE OFFERED?
Not all product are available online, please visit our services tab from our main page, or email: info@myholographics.com for more information.
DO I HAVE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
Currently all online orders require a credit card for payment, If you need to arrange a different form of payment please contact us at: info@myholographics.com
CAN I UPLOAD A .PDF OR .AI FILE?
No! Unfortunately as of now the only file types accepted are .jpg, .gif or .png files.
WHAT WILL MY FINISHED PRODUCT LOOK LIKE?
Under the design toolbar, there is a button on the lower left “Preview” Click this and a new window opens displaying product.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Prices vary depending on the product(s) ordered and quantity. Click the pricing tab in the upper right corner for price list.
WHY DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
You need an account, so we have your information, such as shipping address, phone number & contact person. Your information will not be shared or distributed.
I’M NOT READY TO PLACE MY ORDER CAN I SAVE MY DESIGN?
Yes! Simply click the save button in the design toolbar, and comeback when you are ready to finalize your order.
CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?
Yes! Once you have finished designing your item, click save and design your next item. Once complete proceed to “Place Order” and select desired products.
IS THERE A CUT OFF TIME FOR RUSH DELIVERY?
Yes, Next Day Turn around: must be submitted by 9:00 am. 2-4 days must be submitted by 12:00 pm, all orders submitted after these times will be processed as the next business day.
HOW MANY DO I HAVE TO ORDER? ARE THERE MINIMUMS?
Depending on the product(s) ordered, You will find the minimum quantities in the pricing tab.

CAN I ORDER FROM MY IPHONE/IPAD?
No! Our website, requires Flash Player and Apple does not support this feature.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIP TO ADDRESS?
Yes! Click Place order > Show Shipping Address > Click change address

Yes, You may select these upgrade options upon check-out depending on product(s) ordered.
WHAT COLOR AND RESOLUTION CAN I USE FOR MY CUSTOM IMAGE?
For best results, please upload CMYK images at 300 dpi. If you need help with this feel free to email: info@myholographics.com
CAN I USE A MAC OR PC?
Our website is both MAC and PC Friendly, Some browsers may react slightly different but all should work. (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox etc.) Dont forget you need Flash player to use our design page.
